Our goal is to breed of the best quality Shrimp and fish.

• The water is fresh and controlled on a daily basis
• The Tanks for breeding the Shrimps and Fish have been constructed using the latest technology and maintained to a very high standard.
• The breeding process is carefully monitored.
• Optimal feeding using the very latest in feeding techniques and machinery.
• “Free range” Shrimp, this means we do not over crowd the Tanks, so this allows the Shrimps to grow in a less stressful environment.
• We only employ the most qualified engineers and experienced employees.
• The farm is located in an area renowned for its optimal climatic conditions (in the water as well as the air).

All these points ensure that our breed, be it Shrimps or Fish are bred in the best conditions possible.

Not only do we comply with our own stringent requirements, but we must also comply with those set out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, who send an independent engineer every month to asses the farm and current breed, their job it is to ensure the healthiest breed possible.
